My biggest exercise in Lebanon yet. When Ogero first came to us, the face-lift had become an evident necessity but the risk was high. The brand was suffering not only from laxity but also from immense negative connotation and perception. The ongoing 5 year strategy was initiated by a current and very young branding approach to pave the way for the completely new management and vision, less promises and more proven actions.
